Among those harmed in Thursday’s fatal Times Square crash in which a driver pushed through a horde of pedestrians, killing one and injuring 20 others, were two high school seniors from New Jersey.
Dunellen Schools Superintendent Gene Mosley said the students were rushed to a hospital where they got immediate treatments for the wounds sustained. They remain hospitalized.
Out of respect to the students and their families, Mosley declined to disclose the names of the injured students
“Both young ladies – joined by relatives – stay in the hospital under doctor’s care,” Mosley said. These girls are in the thoughts and prayers of everyone in the Dunellen educational community as well as the community at large. We wish them Godspeed for a complete recovery.”
