Trump: Firing “nut job” Comey eased pressure

Recently, Trump was hit news leaks involving him leaking information to Russian authorities.

The New York Times detailed that Trump revealed to Russian authorities that James Comey, the FBI director he fired a week ago, is a “nut job,” and that sending him packing implied the pressure of the FBI’s Russia probe has been “taken off.”

The Washington Post revealed that a White House adviser very close to the president — whose name was excluded in the report — has been distinguished as a “man of enthusiasm” in the investigation of conceivable plot between Trump’s presidential campaign and Russians who looked to impact the 2016 decision by hacking Democratic authorities.

White House authorities did not deny either story, but rather just focused on that Trump and his staff had no arrangement with Russia.
